The Emerson Lakeside Terrace is bordered by the stunning Butterfly Garden, meandering paths, a babbling brook, waterfall and reflecting pond. Sprinkled throughout the gardens are lighted torches, the sounds of nature and unique statuary and benches.

The City Hall Rotunda (view gallery)
Is a fantastic spot for formal events, the main area of City Hall is a 45' by 60' atrium called the Rotunda. Four stories high, the Rotunda is encircled by balconies on each of the upper three stories that overlook the white Italian marble ground floor and multi-shaded marble ceilings. The artwork in the atrium includes Frederick Lincoln Stoddard frescoes depicting early scenes of Native Americans and settlers in St. Louis.
